1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Amy Tadehara in CO was super helpful in planning our trip. We also appreciated the quick responses of the office in Japan when we needed help during our self-guided add-on to Nikko. The booklets we read before the trip and reviewed again in Japan really helped us appreciate the places covered.

Ed Jones was over-the-top fantastic tour guide, knocking himself out to get us around but also in sharing his experiences in being a Brit living in Japan.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Hotels were comfortable, with a good selection of Western and Japanese breakfast options. Hirayukan, with the private onsens, was the best!

It felt like we spent a lot of time making connections in train stations. Cutting back on somehow to allow more time at each stop would be good.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
We appreciated the introduction to a range of Japanese food, from okonomiyaki to sushi to noodles. The kaiseki dinners were a highlight of the trip. Our guide made sure we had options as pescatarians.
